Shipping Policy

JBro currently ships only to checkout-accepted addresses in the United States. Orders and shipping charges use U.S. dollars. Enter your address at checkout to confirm that service is available.

Shipping options and rates

Our launch shipping options are:

• Standard: $8 for orders below $100.
• Free Standard: $0 for orders of $100 or more, based on the qualifying order amount calculated at checkout.

The service and price shown at checkout for your address are the final shipping terms for that order. We may change future rates or services, but a later change does not alter a completed order.

Processing and delivery estimates

We process complete, in-stock orders as soon as practical. If we state a shipment date for your order, we use that date. If we do not state one, we ship within the time required by law, which is generally within 30 days after we receive a complete order.

Delivery dates shown at checkout or by a carrier are estimates unless we clearly say otherwise. Tracking is sent when it becomes available.

If we cannot ship within the stated or required time, we will notify you, provide a new date when available, and let you choose whether to wait or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.

Address changes and cancellations

Review your shipping address before placing the order. If you need a change or cancellation, email support@jbrofit.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after fulfillment has started. If the order has already shipped, the Refund Policy applies.

Delivery problems

If tracking shows a problem, an order arrives damaged, or a package appears to be missing, email support@jbrofit.com with your order number and a short description. We will review the order and carrier information and tell you how we will resolve the problem.

JBro does not currently offer international shipping. Customers are responsible for providing an address that the checkout accepts and that the carrier can serve.
