Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the JBro online store and purchases from JBro LLC, doing business as JBro ("JBro," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.

The public storefront is www.jbrofit.com. Shopify hosts checkout and some account services. You may shop and check out as a guest. An account is optional and can add access to supported order, address, return-status, and preference features.

Store eligibility and acceptable use

You must be able to enter a binding contract where you live. You may use the store only for lawful personal or business purchases. Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use store content in a way that violates another person's rights.

Products and availability

We work to present product descriptions, colors, images, prices, and availability accurately. Screens and lighting may affect how a color appears. We do not use that difference to excuse a materially incorrect item.

Products, prices, and inventory may change. We may limit quantities or stop offering a product. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Orders

We may review an order for availability, payment, fraud, address, pricing, listing, or misuse problems. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel the affected part and issue a prompt refund to the original payment method.

If you ask to change or cancel an order, contact support@jbrofit.com promptly. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after fulfillment begins.

Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The checkout shows the item total, available shipping charges, discounts, and taxes before you submit the order. Payment is handled through the methods offered at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.

If we discover a clear pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any collected amount. We will not increase the price of an order without your agreement.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

The Shipping Policy explains destinations, rates, processing, estimates, and delivery problems. The Refund Policy explains return eligibility, labels, refunds, and damaged or incorrect items. Those policies form part of these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account and sign-in access secure. Tell us if you believe someone used your account without permission. We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, or the law. Ending account access does not remove rights or duties tied to an existing order.

Store content and intellectual property

The store's text, photography, graphics, logos, product presentation, and other content belong to JBro or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may use the store for shopping and other ordinary personal use. You may not copy, sell, publish, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit store content or systems except as the law permits or JBro agrees in writing.

Third-party services and links

Shopify and other service providers may operate parts of the store, checkout, payments, accounts, delivery, or communications. Their own terms may apply to their services. A link to another service does not mean JBro controls or endorses everything on that service. Contact us if a third-party part of the shopping process prevents you from completing a task so we can help where practical.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed and how to submit a privacy request. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, or one-time codes by email.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for future use of the store. The date above shows the latest version. A change does not rewrite the terms that applied to an earlier order unless the law requires it or you agree.

General terms

If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies linked from them are the agreement between you and JBro about the store, except for any separate term you and JBro expressly agree to in writing.

Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law.
